Obituary for Carol Tuck

Carol A. Tuck, 75, went home to be with her Lord on May 18, 2020 surrounded by her family in her home. Carol born January 22, 1945, and was the 17th child born to Arnold & Margaret (Ritchie) Denton in Burlington, VT.

Carol married Ronald Tuck Sr. on September 26, 1964. Together they would raise three children whom survive Carol: Ronnie and his wife, Lynn of Haynesville; Todd and his wife, Naomi of Houlton; Lisa Preston and her husband, Rodney of Wytopitlock. She leaves eleven grandchildren and nice great grandchildren. Carol also leaves three sisters: Loretta Lewis of CT, Nancy Pearl of VT, Rachel Shackett of FL and also many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents and several siblings.

Carol was a member of the Wytopitlock Baptist Church where she developed many friendships. Carol’s faith was so strong that you could see it radiate from her. She was the most uplifting person and wasn’t afraid to share her love for the Lord.

Carol was an avid crafter. Whether it be sewing or her new found hobby, making cards with the girls.

Next to Carol’s faith, was her family. She loved her family more than she loved herself. She especially loved the holidays when everyone would gather at their home.

Carol will be missed by all who knew her. There will be a void without our Wife, Mom, Nana, Momma Tuck in our lives. But, know she is where she’s been longing to be.

Proverbs 3:5-6

The family would like to thank Janet, Terri, & Ruth from hospice for their compassionate care.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Wytopitlock Cemetery.
